Baked Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can milk
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 can mushrooms
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 chicken breasts, split
Preparation
    Blend soup and milk.
    Reserve 1/2 cup.
    Stir together remaining soup, rice, mushroom soup and 1/2 onion soup mix.
    Pour into ungreased baking dish, 11 x 7-inch.
    Arrange chicken breasts on rice mixture.
    Pour reserved soup mix over chicken and sprinkle with onion soup.
    Cover.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Uncover.
    Bake 15 minutes.
