Spaghetti Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (28 oz.) cans Hunt's whole peeled tomatoes, juice and all, chopped in food processor
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 medium onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 cans (small) tomato paste
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 lb. ground round or chuck
2 tsp. salt
dried oregano to taste
Preparation

Heat pan, add oil and lightly brown onion and green pepper. After they have started to cook, add the garlic and meat.
When light brown, add spices.
Mix well and add the tomato paste, cooking until mixture sticks to the pan; keep mixing.
Add 2 cans of water (12 ounces) to paste mixture and blend well.
Add chopped tomato mix and heat thoroughly.
Lower heat to a simmer and cook 3 to 4 hours.
