Pineapple Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cream together sugar, margarine and egg.
Add vanilla and pineapple with juice.
Stir in flour, soda and salt.
Combine brown sugar and coconut.
Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Serve with ice cream.
