Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. Fine Spun flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples

Preparation

Sift Fine Spun flour and other dry ingredients together.
Cream sugar and other ingredients together and add to the dry, small amounts at a time.
Fold in nuts and apples.
Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan in 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
