Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    5 hard-cooked boiled eggs
    2 c. cooked, cubed potatoes
    2 c. cooked ham steak, chopped into small bites
    parsley
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender. Add flour and salt.
    Cook until bubbly. Add milk.
    Cook and stir until thick and smooth. Add 1 cup cheese. Stir until melted.
    Add eggs, potatoes, ham and parsley.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or may microwave.
