Broccoli Cheese Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can broccoli cheese soup
    1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    7 small new potatoes, quartered or 1 1/2 lb.
    2 medium onions, cut into wedges
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine soup, sour cream and hot pepper sauce.
    Add potatoes and onions.
    Toss to coat.
    Put into a 12 x 8-inch baking dish, arranging potato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
