Reuben Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. corned beef
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
16 oz. sauerkraut, drained very well
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cut corned beef into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes until it bubbles. Keep warm in a crock-pot. Serve with rye or pumpernickel bread.
