Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 can (No. 2) whole kernel corn, drained
    2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Measure all dry ingredients in a small bowl; mix.
    In a larger bowl, mix cheese, onion, jalapenos, corn, eggs, oil and milk.
    Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 or until brown and firm.
