Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) can Milnot, chilled
    1 small pkg. lemon jello
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 large box vanilla wafers
    juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water; add sugar, salt, lemon juice and rind.
    Congeal slightly.
    Whip Milnot and fold into jello mixture. Cover bottom of glass baking dish with vanilla wafers; fill with jello mixture and cover with wafers.
    Chill.
