Potato Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. crushed potato chips
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz. grated Cheddar
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, melt margarine.
Mix all other ingredients, except 1/2 cup potato chips. Pour into melted margarine.
Put remaining chips on top.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
