A Good Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Crumble sausage in skillet.
Cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally.
Drain well.
Line bottom of buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing edge to seal.
Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Beat well and pour over sausage and cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes and cut into squares.
Serve at once.
