Italian Sausage Bianco(Sausage In White Sauce) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot or medium seasoned Italian style sausage
1 tsp. olive oil
3 to 4 scallions, coarsely chopped (including some of the green part)
1 stalk celery, coarsely chopped (leaves included)
1 small onion, cut into thin rings
1 small bell pepper, seeded, deribbed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 lb. small button mushrooms
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. each: dried basil and parsley
1 c. dry white wine
fresh ground black pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Pierce sausage with a kitchen fork and place in a lightly oiled baking dish.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Turn sausage and cook another 15 to 20 minutes until brown and remove off most of the fat contents.
Remove sausage and drain on paper towels.
Set aside.
