Broccoli Ham Ring(Brunch) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. ham
1/4 lb. fresh broccoli
1 small onion
1/2 c. fresh parsley
6 oz. Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tps. lemon juice
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent rolls
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Coarsely chop ham, broccoli and onion with food chopper.
Finely snip parsley with Kitchen Cutters. Coarsely grate cheese with grater-slicer.
Mix all ingredients except crescent rolls and set aside.
Arrange crescent triangles in a circle on a 13-inch baking stone with bases overlapping in center and points to the outside.
There should be a 3-inch diameter circle in center.
Evenly spoon filling over base.
Fold points of triangle over filling and tuck underbase at center.
Filling will not be completely covered.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Yields 8 servings.
