Frozen Peanut Butter Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
2 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3/4 c. Spanish peanuts
Preparation

In small bowl, combine sugar, crumbs and margarine.
Press into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
In small mixer bowl, beat powdered sugar, peanut butter and cream cheese at medium speed, scraping bowl often until smooth (1 to 2 minutes).
At low speed, gradually beat in milk.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spread over crust. Sprinkle with peanuts.
Freeze 3 hours or until serving time. Makes 18 servings.
