Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef
    6 to 8 potatoes
    4 to 6 carrots
    2 onions
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Mix mushroom and French onion soup with 1 can water.
    Add stew beef.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Peel and cut vegetables; add to meat mixture.
    Bake for an additional 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
