Ranch Style Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 or 4 lb.) chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 lb. cheese, grated
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 bag tortilla chips
    3/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Boil chicken; cool and debone and chop into bite size pieces. Add in layers mushroom soup, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 of cheese, onions and cover with chips.
    Sprinkle chili powder over all, then chicken broth.
    Next, layer chicken soup, cheese, onions, chips and top with Ro-Tel tomatoes (chopped) and remaining cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
    Makes 2 1/2 to 3 quarts.
    Best when served hot.
    Can make ahead.
