Rice Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1 c. water
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook rice in water until well done. Combine all ingredients, except nutmeg, in casserole and sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done. It is done when knife is inserted and comes out clean.
