Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 onion
    salt and pepper to flavor
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients. Form into large patties and roll lightly in flour.
    Brown both sides in hot oil.
    Pour soup and one can of water over meat patties. Simmer covered for 45 minutes. Makes 5 to 6 steaks.
