Pickle Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, grated
    garlic salt
    2 large jars Kosher dill pickles
    2 loaves Roman Meal bread, crust cut off
Preparation
    Cream mayonnaise, cheese, onion and garlic salt.
    Spread on bread.
    Wrap around pickle (cut off ends of pickles).
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Slice.
    Electric knife works great!
