Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. boiling water
Preparation

Cream first sugar and oleo.
Sift next three ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Pour into lightly greased 9-inch round cake pan.
Combine last sugars and cocoa. Sprinkle over batter.
Pour boiling water over all.
Bake 30-40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
When done, turn cake upside down while hot. Can be served hot or cold.
