Pork Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. lean cubed pork
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. apple cider or 1 1/2 c. each dry white wine and chicken stock
6 small carrots, sliced
3 leeks or 1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. rosemary
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Dredge pork with flour.
Heat oil in a large pan until sizzling.
Add pork and cook until browned, stirring occasionally. Remove pork to casserole.
Drain excess oil from pan.
Pour into pan the cider or chicken stock.
Heat, stirring, to remove browned particles.
Put all ingredients together with pork.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 2 hours or until done.
