Endless Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cabbage, shredded (1 medium head)
    1/2 green pepper, finely shredded
    1/2 red pepper, finely shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and peppers and combine with onion; set aside.
