Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. pkg. Raisin Bran
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. allspice
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Measure dry ingredients into very large bowl.
    Combine with a slotted spoon.
    Measure moist ingredients into another very large bowl.
    Use electric mixer to combine moist ingredients.
    Combine moist ingredients with dry ingredients, using a slotted spoon. Pour batter into a container with a tight fitting lid and store in refrigerator.
    Batter keeps for 6 weeks in refrigerator.
    To bake, grease muffin tins with butter or use Pam spray.
    (Don't use paper liners; they stick to muffins.)
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
