Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. pecans
1 c. cooked raisins

Preparation

Beat shortening, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Add all dry ingredients.
Stir in apples, nuts and raisins.
Bake at 325\u00b0 in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
