No Guilt Mud Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 crushed graham crackers
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. commercial chocolate powder mix
1/4 c. liquid butter mixture
1 qt. vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
1/2 jar lite chocolate fudge topping
1 pkg. powdered whipped topping
1/2 c. cold skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. commercial wheat and barley cereal
Preparation

Blend graham cracker crumbs, sugar, chocolate mix and liquid butter.
Press into a deep dish pie pan that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
Pour softened yogurt into pie crust. Place in freezer at least for 1 hour.
Spread fudge topping on top.
Freeze at least 30 minutes.
