Louisiana Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chopped onions
    3/4 green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 c. crawfish tails
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    2 slices bread
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add onions, peppers and garlic.
    Cook until tender-crisp.
    Stir in crawfish, soup, rice, parsley, lemon juice and seasoning.
    Add bread, which has been crumbled and soaked in milk; mix well.
    Spoon into a buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Baked at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
