French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (4 oz.) can coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar into the well beaten eggs.
    Blend in margarine.
    Add vanilla and vinegar.
    Pour into an unbaked shell and sprinkle coconut on top.
    Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until coconut is golden brown.
