Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 large apples, grated

Preparation

Cream sugar, shortening, eggs and vanilla; add dry ingredients and apples.
Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 in large glass baking dish.
Let cool before removing from dish.
