Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cauliflower, cut in small pieces
    1 red or green pepper, diced
    1 small Vidalia onion, diced
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together using only enough mayonnaise to hold veggies together.
    Chill several hours.
    Crunchy and delicious.
    You might not even know it's cauliflower if you make the pieces small enough!
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
