Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck roast (3 to 4 lb.)
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Rub chuck roast with meat tenderizer and place in refrigerator for 4 hours.
    Make a marinade from remaining ingredients.
    Remove roast from refrigerator; slice into serving size slices.
    Place meat in marinade for 4 hours or overnight.
    Broil or barbecue meat until done.
