Maloogy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
    1 green pepper, chopped (1 c.)
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) stewed tomatoes, cut up
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. cooked pasta
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion, pepper, celery and garlic in a 12-inch skillet until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
    Drain. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Stir in pasta.
    Heat through. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
