Crock-Pot Roast With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can creamy onion soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3 or 4 lb. chuck roast beef
Preparation
    Place roast with 1 tablespoon water in the crock-pot.
    Cook on low for 4 hours.
    Add soups.
    Do not add water.
    Continue cooking on low for 6 more hours.
    Meat should be tender.
    Serves 6.
