Quick Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni (beef flavor)
    1/2 c. salsa
    1 tsp. chili powder
    4 c. shredded lettuce
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. crushed tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions; drain.
    Remove from skillet; set aside. In same skillet, prepare Rice-A-Roni as directed.
    Stir in meat mixture, salsa and chili powder; cook 3 to 4 more minutes. Arrange lettuce on platter, top with rice mixture, tomato, cheese and tortilla chips.
