Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bell peppers
    1 lb. ground meat
    onion
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    fresh tomatoes, cut fine
    1/4 c. tomato sauce
    1 c. rice, cooked
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil peppers for 5 minutes.
    Brown ground meat.
    Add chopped onion, garlic salt, flour, milk, fresh tomatoes, tomato sauce, cooked rice, cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well and stuff into peppers.
    Cook at 350\u00b0
    for 15 minutes.
