Tylor Davis' Favorite Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. low-fat milk
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
6 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Bring water to a boil with salt and oil in a 2 1/2-quart cooker.
Add macaroni and cook until well done, about 5 minutes. Drain.
Add milk and margarine.
Cook until margarine melts and milk starts to bubble.
Add cheese.
Stir occasionally.
Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes or until milk cooks down and becomes creamy.
