Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Mix dry ingredients in sugar and oil, a little at a time.
    Add carrots. Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased pan.
