Balsamic Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
    3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except parsley in a blender.
    Blend 2 minutes or until emulsified.
    Stir in parsley.
    Use immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days.
    Makes 1 cup.
    Use as a marinade or on salads.
    Delicious!
