Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice round steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can mushroom pieces
    1 c. Burgundy wine
    flour
    1/2 to 1 stick margarine
    1 green pepper, cubed
    2 packets beef bouillon
    1 can tomato wedges
Preparation
    In electric skillet, melt margarine.
    Dredge steak in flour; brown.
    Sprinkle with bouillon.
    Add wine.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 until meat is tender (about 1 hour).
    Add more wine if it becomes too dry.
    Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms; cook until vegetables are done.
    Add tomatoes; heat through.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
