Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cooked carrots
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

In mixing bowl, blend flour and melted butter or margarine. Add remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into a casserole dish, sprayed lightly with Pam.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
