Brown Sugar Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. quick oats
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine egg, oil and buttermilk.
    Combine flour, baking soda, salt and sugar; add to egg mixture.
    Stir in oats.
    Pour by 1/3 cupfuls onto lightly greased hot griddle.
    Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes and start to pop.
    Yields about 10 pancakes.
