Bread Pudding Spiced Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. heavy cream
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat the cream with an electric mixer on high speed in a large cold mixing bowl for about 2 minutes.
    The colder the bowl, the better and faster the cream will thicken.
    Add the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and beat again until the mixture thickens and forms stiff peaks.
    Makes 4 cups.
