Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick of butter
1 egg, beaten
1 clove garlic chopped, optional
1 tsp chopped parsley, optional
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 lb. fettucine
1 cup fresh grated Romano cheese
Preparation

Cook fettucine, drain and set aside. Melt butter; add parsley and garlic. Saute for a few minutes. Add cream and 1 beaten egg. Stir together. Add fettucine and grated cheese. Stir until well blended.
