Holiday Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. eggnog
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    baked pie shell
Preparation
    Blend eggnog and cornstarch in saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils.
    Boil and stir for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat, blend in butter. Immediately pour into baked pie shell.
    Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours.
    Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
