Sweet Potato Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/3 c. margarine or butter
    2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 small pkg. yeast in 1/4 c. warm water
    4 1/4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add sugar, salt, mace and margarine.
    Stir to melt margarine.
    Pour over potatoes; add lemon juice.
    Beat until smooth.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add beaten egg and yeast; blend.
    Add 2 cups flour.
    Beat 3 minutes at medium speed of hand mixer.
    Add rest of flour.
    Stir in with spoon.
    Turn out on floured board. Knead until smooth.
    Put back in bowl; grease top.
    Let rise until doubled.
