Cheese Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter, softened (margarine)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Using a food processor, shred the cheese.
    Remove the cheese and position the knife blade.
    Add the shredded cheese, flour, butter and dry mustard.
    Process until a ball forms in bowl.
    Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 3 dozen.
