Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fat
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. W
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put on and simmer 30 minutes.
    Cut chicken into serving pieces and
    brown\tin
    hot
    fat.
    Pour
    sauce over chicken and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
