Blueberry Feather Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 egg
2 2/3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. blueberries, rinsed and drained
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream 1/3 cup sugar and 1/4 cup butter in bowl.
Add egg; beat well.
Combine 2 1/3 cups flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla; beat well.
Fold in blueberries.
Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
