Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    4 slices cooked ham, thin
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. white wine or 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    milk
    fresh or canned mushrooms
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt margarine and blend in flour and salt.
    Add wine.
    Drain mushroom liquid and add enough milk to make 2 cups.
    Gradually stir into margarine mixture.
    Place over medium heat, stir and cook until sauce thickens.
    If using fresh mushrooms, slice and saute in a little margarine.
