Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
uncooked pie shell
Preparation

Mix together the egg yolks (save the whites), sugar and butter or margarine.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until done.
