Chicken Breasts And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked wild rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook wild rice in boiling water until kernels open (30 to 40 minutes).
    Drain.
    Spread rice in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine soup, sour cream, undrained mushrooms and sherry. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over rice.
    Skin chicken breasts; arrange over soup.
    Spread remaining soup mixture on top of chicken. Sprinkle cheese over all.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered. Then uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
